Our Baby boy Lucas Samuel Hahn was born into heaven on September 27, 2010. Weighing 4lbs 8oz, measuring 19 inches long at 36.5 weeks old. He will be sadly missed and always loved by his proud parents.
Lucas will always be our little sunshine.
