Our little girl has gone home,
and now her spirit's free
She's now our little butterfly
flying in the breeze

Why she flew, I'll never know.
But what she's left behind,
forever changes who I am
in my body, heart and mind.

Tiny footprints upon our hearts,
forever they will stay.
A sign that she is with us,
each and every day.

In our lives so briefly,
she brought to us, His love.
Her work is done,
and off she's gone,

To Heaven's Arms above.
