Just beautiful and a perfect way to honour my perfect baby boy who was taken far too soon. ~Harry~ born at 34 weeks and 1 day, 5 minutes before his identical twin brother Luke, is and always will be a special part of our family. Everyday we wish he was here blessing our lives just as our other children are. Mummy loves you more than you can ever know. xxx
