Went to live with Jesus in heaven on May 19, 2010.
Princess Chrissie, we miss you more than our words can express! As you know, precious angel, we think of you about 10,000+ times each day, and we cannot wait for the day when you take our hands and enthusiastically show us around heaven! We miss your large, round, deep brown sparkling eyes, your sweet smile, your tiny fingers digging deep into our necks as you hugged us wholeheartedly with your trademark death-grip hugs. We miss your silly little laugh, the way you would say “sicky pup” (sippy cup), and the way you staked a claim on everyone in your family as being YOURS.
Christyn “Jewelry”, you are a very rare gem who taught us, shaped us, and forever changed us. Our hearts will never be the same, and for that, we are grateful. Thank you for loving us wholeheartedly from the moment you laid eyes on each of us. Thank you for teaching us how to be brave, obedient, and authentic. Thank you for teaching us to take risks, fully trust our Creator, and love without restraint. Thank you for showing the world how precious and valuable orphans are to our Father.
And, we mustn’t forget, thank you for teaching us how to boss our hearts, you silly little “gooseball”. You are indeed a precious treasure, our Serbian Sensation, a delightful gift sent directly from God. We are beyond grateful and most honored to be your forever family, and we are rejoicing that through the salvation we have in Jesus Christ, we will spend eternity with you.
