We didn’t hold you in our arms, or hear your little cry.
We didn’t get to see you smile, or even know your name.
But you’ll always be our babies and we love you just the same.

That I never got to know
I guess Nanny Myra got lonely
and needed some friends to love.
I will never be able to watch you as
You sprout and grow into the person
That I wanted so much to know.
So for now I'll tend your memory,
And watch over Mum and Dad

When we meet in Heaven above and share the fun we never had.
