Our sweet Chloe was born into Heaven at 39.5 weeks perfect in every way she had a "Tight True Knot" in her cord not a day goes by we don't think of her and long to hold our perfect little girl in our arms again.
Our love brought Chloe's beautiful soul to us and our love will bring our souls back together never to part again,
Mummy and daddy love you sweety our hearts maybe broken here on earth but it is whole in your keep so always keep it close to you so we can feel your warmth you are our heaven now baby girl, a beautiful place to be.....
