Dearest Allanah,
Today you are six months old. I can’t believe it has been that long since we first held you in our arms. What a beautiful, precious little girl. How I hoped the Doctors were wrong and you would open your eyes and cry. I prayed for a miracle. You looked so beautiful, so peaceful, so still. We had so many hopes and dreams. We wanted you so much – we knew you were special and that you would change our lives. We never thought that you would leave us. We miss you so much. Our hearts ache for you; our arms long to hold you our family is incomplete without you here. I would give anything to change what happened, to have you here. We love you so very much and we always will. You were truly too precious for this earth.

Our darling Allanah,
Today is your 1st Birthday. I can't believe it has been that long since we first held you. It seems strange to celebrate your birthday when we are so broken hearted. The day of your birth was bittersweet. You had left us before we got to hold you. How does any parent do this? We did want to celebrate your life - your precious, beautiful life. So today we celebrated your birthday to show you how much you mean to us all and how much you are still apart of us and of our family and always will be. Happy Birthday our precious baby girl! We are one year closer to you and that sweet day we will hold you. We miss you every moment of everyday - to infinity and beyond!
You are our light and joy baby girl! Happy Birthday Allanah and may the Angels watch over you till we meet.
