Last night we took our email address off the site as we are struggling to cope with the amount of name requests. We are receiving around 90 a day now. Because this isn't a professional business we only have one hand that writes the names, one camera to take the photo's and one computer to upload all the information.
We are still getting emails for requests. We understand that people are eager to have their child's name written but we really need people to respect that we can't take anymore names until Friday.
We are at the point now that this project has become so large that it is more than a full time job. The only way for us to cope is for us to temporarily remove the email address so that we can catch up on names and keep everything under control.
If you know of any websites that have given out our email, please could you let us know by leaving a comment below. We are not angry or upset at anyone for giving out our email address, we would just like to ask those sites to take our email down so that we can breathe a little easier. Of course we appreciate our link being given out and we want to help as many as possible but we really want to try to keep our email address quite.
