DEAR FRIENDS,

We are now into November. In October 320 families contacted us with their children's names. We find it overwhelming that so many families are living with sadness. We still have some names from October to complete. If you are still waiting to see your child's name we want to Thank You so very much for your patience. The wait should not be too much longer.

THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAY PERIOD


We wanted to let everyone know that around Christmas and New Years we will be taking a break from name requests. We will advise of the dates closer to the time. We realize that this time can be an extremely delicate time for so many people. Please come and visit this page around Christmas time for a few special messages.

We would like to thank everyone who helped us in the month of October by sending donations. Every dollar helps us to continue on this journey, and when we start to receive proceeds we will be donating them to a beautiful Foundation named String Of Pearls.

Laura Huene is the Founder and President of String Of Pearls. Laura made the decision to carry on with her pregnancy even though she and her husband were given a fatal diagnosis for their unborn baby. Laura's sweet daughter Pearl left this Earth for her eternal life in Heaven on June 5th 2006. Their little Pearl passed away in their arms on the very day that she was born. String Of Pearls supports women who make the decision to carry on with their pregnancy even though they maybe given a fatal diagnosis for their unborn baby.

A NOTE FROM CARLY

I just wanted to thank everyone for their well wishes. It really means so much to me. The truth is I am still not feeling well with one thing or another. Our daughter Scarlett is quite unwell too. I know that Sam wrote that we will put the address back up today but we really need another few days. I know there are people eagerly waiting to email us with their children's details and I apologize for this. I just need a few more days. Thank you so much for your patience.
