Thank you so much Carly. You are truly an amazing person for touching so many lives and hearts by doing this. I read your blog and all the resources have helped me immensely in my grief. I feel so horrible but I forgot to add Kaden's twin sister, Cordelia in the "Love from". I just can't believe it!
At least I have written it here. To my babies, forgive your absent minded mommy!
Miss you much Kaden and I know in Heaven you are not concerned with the minor details. You know your sister and everyone here in Canada and Oz love you to pieces.
